Bridging Lender of the Year links with AMPD

.

A new addition to the panel of the (AMPD) Alliance of Mortgage Packagers and Distributors has been announced.

With immediate effect, AMPD’s 10 members will have access to Watford-based bridging lender Cheval’s range of bridging products via the alliance’s lending panel.

Set up in 1995, Cheval was crowned Bridging Lender of the Year at both the 2010 and 2009 Bridging & Commercial Awards.

AMPD was formed in 2006 and has completed in excess of £8 billion in lending. Calling itself ‘the only Specialist Distributor alliance to have survived the financial crisis’ it is a not-for-profit organisation whose members work to a strict code of conduct.

Gareth Lewis, National Sales Manager of Cheval, said: “We are really pleased to be appointed to the AMPD panel and look forward to offering its membership our very competitive range of products, backed up by industry-acknowledged high service standards.”

Liza Campion, Director of AMPD, added: “We are delighted to have appointed Cheval to our lender panel. They bring with them a wealth of bridging experience that will complement our existing bridging panel as well as industry recognised service standards, which are essential for this sector of the market.”
