The mortgage criteria search system has reported a 25% rise in the number of lenders on Knowledge Bank since officially launching three weeks ago.
At present, 54 lenders have signed up to Knowledge Bank with another 40 behind the scenes, who have registered, but are yet to upload their criteria.
The new affordability calculators will allow brokers to see which lenders cater for their clients’ circumstances and work out affordability.
There are over 22,000 different criteria held in Knowledge Bank in 480 different categories.

This means brokers can search more lender criteria in seconds and can also select multiple criteria at a time, with the results displaying which lenders will lend against one or more of the categories searched for.

“Uploading all of the different affordability calculators so they are all in one place is just one more step to give brokers back time and space in their diary to see more clients.
