Gareth Belsham (pictured above) – the former director of building consultancy at Capita – has joined Naismiths as a director and national head of building surveying.
Gareth has also served lengthy spells at blue-chip employers EC Harris and Atkins.
He will now lead Naismiths’ building surveying team as it consolidates a period of rapid expansion across both commercial and residential property sectors.
Toby Mills has also joined Naismiths from Capita, where he was a divisional director.
In his new role as an associate director, Toby will work with Gareth from the firm’s central London office.
