New Show Director announced for Mortgage Business Expo 2010

Clarion Events has announced the new show director for Mortgage Business Expo (MBE), the former commercial director for Incisive Media’s mortgage division, James Prosser. 

Mr Prosser joins MBE with over nine years experience in the mortgage market.

 

During his time at Incisive Media he launched; The Mortgage Event, Specialist Lending Roadshows and many contract events including The Legal and General Awards.

 

MBE 2010, taking place 10-11 November at Olympia 2 in London, will showcase over 130 key suppliers.

 

The exhibitors will help intermediaries develop relationships with key lenders and provide unrivalled access to residential and BTL lenders. 

 

Confirmed lenders at MBE 2010 include Nationwide for Intermediaries, Northern Rock, The Woolwich, NatWest Intermediary Solutions, Platform, Aldermore Residential Mortgages, The Mortgage Works, Bath Building Society and GE Money Home Lending.

 

The two day, free to attend, seminars programme has now been finalised. Featuring over 20 leading industry experts, the seminars led by AMI will focus on the Mortgage Market Review and debate market trends and forecasts with key contributors including the FSA , LV=, PMS, Legal and General and Mortgage Brain.

 

Sessions include:

 

  • The new economic order and likely product framework in 2011

  • Employing technology to deliver better and safer solutions

  • Alternative business streams

  • Protecting income and ensuring mortgage payments can be met 

 

In addition, at 3pm there will be the MMR debate

 

  • MMR Debate: Why consumers need advice and are brokers the best people to deliver it?
