Clive Briggs (pictured above, right) has joined as north-west business development director having spent more than 30 years in finance covering a range of sectors, including commercial banking and invoice finance.

During his career, Clive has worked at IGF, RBS, Aldermore and held the position of corporate finance director at Armstrong Watson.

He will look to introduce his network of introducers and professional contacts to Reward and also help to raise the lender’s profile in the North West.

In addition to Clive, Reward Finance has also appointed Paula Jones (pictured above, left) as portfolio manager.

Paula has joined from RBS, where she spent the last 20 years as a relationship manager working closely with SMEs.

At Reward, Paula will be responsible for delivering the finance needs to the lender’s clients across a variety of sectors.

“The fact that Clive and Paula have joined our rapidly expanding team sends out a clear message that we mean business in the North West,” said Nick Smith, group sales and marketing director at Reward.

Clive said he had known the directors at Reward for many years and admired their attitude and flexibility when it came to helping SMEs grow their companies.
