P2PFA welcomes Quantuma

The Peer-to-Peer Finance Association (P2PFA) has announced that Quantuma has joined as an associate member.

The corporate recovery and business advisory firm has worked with a number of peer-to-peer lending platforms to help manage borrower defaults.

The business has helped to improve collection and recovery rates, and also advised on risk and default processes.

“Quantuma’s work with several P2PFA platforms has proven beneficial, given the expertise and insight they bring and the apparent consistency of their business values with those of the P2PFA,” said Robert Pettigrew, director of the P2PFA.

“We look forward to working with Quantuma in further broadening knowledge and understanding about peer-to-peer lending and embracing their expertise as the sector continues to develop and expand.”

Frank Wessely, partner at Quantuma, added: “We are delighted to have joined the P2PFA as an associate member and welcome the opportunity to contribute our resources and expertise to the leading voice within the peer-to-peer funding sector.

“The P2PFA’s recent analysis clearly illustrates the relevance of peer-to-peer funding solutions and – in the face of a more mature regulatory environment – we believe that Quantuma is well placed to contribute to the sector in a meaningful way.”
