Keith Aldridge, managing director of Amicus Property Finance (pictured above), said the value to the borrower of a strong partnership between a broker and lender was clear.
“The expertise from a broker partner such as Finance 4 Business in understanding the nature of such complex deals and knowing how to get the best from their lenders – combined with the specialist underwriting team at Amicus – means the borrower gets the best all-round solution.
“The signs are the market for specialist commercial lending remains buoyant.”
Russell Martin, managing director of Finance 4 Business, said it had developed a fantastic relationship with Amicus over the years which was born out of trust and transparency.
“As a result, we can often get cases sanctioned that others can’t as we manage the exits in a very effective manner.
“This works particularly well with Amicus’s limited distribution model.
“We consistently complete over £10m a month with Amicus and the signs are that the growth will continue to compound month-on-month throughout next year.”
