A specialist short term lender has announced the appointment of a new managing director.
Steve Marsh, formerly of financial services company Davenham, has been appointed managing director of Goldentree Financial Services.
Mr Marsh has been involved in the secondary finance service industry for 20 years. Commenting on his new role he said: "I'm excited to be joining Goldentree at this point in time. Our aim is to grow the business over the next few years as we feel this is the right time to expand our property lending activities.
“In time I'd like to add some other products to our range too but our property lending activities will be at the core of our plan. This is really good news for introducers and customers, both old and new.”
The lender, who recently announced an increased lending limit, has also spoken out about its unique approach to lending, which saw it complete on a London-based commercial opportunity in 48 hours with no valuation.
