The funding will enable CHS to expand its infrastructure and operations, and support the provision of services to the NHS nationwide.
CHS Healthcare was established in 1995 by Dr Richard Newland, who recognised the need for extra support and advice for families choosing a care home.
With the value of the free, expert advice offered soon recognised, it began forming partnerships with hospitals and care homes throughout Birmingham and the Midlands.
CHS Healthcare currently employs more than 300 people nationwide and holds contracts with more than 60 NHS hospitals and clinical commissioning groups from the south coast and London up to the North of England.

Dr Richard Newland, CEO at CHS Healthcare, said: “We are absolutely delighted to embark on this partnership with BGF, who recognise the strengths of our business with this investment and equally, bring the highest calibre of business expertise to support the work we do.”
Gurinder Sunner, investor at BGF, added: “CHS Healthcare has developed excellent relationships with its customers by focusing on quality of delivery and care and operational efficiency.
