Enra purchased the firm as part of its growth strategy as it looks to bolster its position in specialist mortgage broking alongside Enterprise Finance.
Vantage will continue to provide services to its existing broker and client relationships from its current location, and will retain its existing team, name and core values while strengthening its growth via integration into the wider Enra Group structure.
“This is a significant step for Enra,” said Emily Gestetner, chief financial officer at Enra Group (pictured above).
“Vantage’s specialist mortgage broking expertise underpins the group’s leading presence in specialist distribution, where Enterprise Finance is already a leading master broker.
