With more lenders on the exhibition floor, this year’s event gives brokers unrivalled access to residential and buy to let lenders:

• Meet residential lenders who are actively seeking intermediary partners
• Hear insights from AMI, the FSA and lenders at the free to attend seminars
• Visit the FSA and AMI stands to discuss your individual needs and objectives
• Participate in the Mortgage Market Review seminar debates and learn how it will affect your business

Free to attend seminars

Mortgage Business Expo will also play host to a series of free to attend seminars. The two day seminar programme will focus on the Mortgage Market Review. Led by AMI, the seminars will feature the FSA and debate market trends and forecasts with over 20 key industry experts.

One of the major issues throughout the last year has been the FSA's Mortgage Market Review. The review has gone from discussion, to consultation, to policy and some final rules, and as we are still caught in the middle of the process, there remain a series of challenges ahead.

The series of free to attend seminars are designed to provide practical information, help and support for intermediaries.

The seminars provide the opportunity to hear from the FSA Director responsible for Policy, and mortgages in particular, on her take on the key issues and proposals.

The main issue still at the heart of the debate is around the distribution elements of the proposals so we are delighted to be able to focus attention on these and other hot topics.

Confirmed seminar speakers to date include representatives from:
Jonathon Cornell Consulting, Leadbay Ltd, Mortgage Brain, FSA, Intelliflo Ltd, TIUTAPLc, LV=, Assurant Intermediary Ltd, Paymentshield, London and Country Mortgages Ltd, Legal and General, PMS and Aldermore.
