Karl Kent and Jason Roper have both joined the peer-to-peer lending platform as relationship directors for the South Yorkshire and North West regions respectively.
Meanwhile, David Hardman has taken on the role of credit manager and will be responsible for credit sanctioning.
Karl has been recruited from Lloyds Bank, where he spent two years working as a relationship director as part of the wider East Midlands and South Yorkshire real estate team.
Jason has previously served at RBS as a relationship director in Manchester, where he provided commercial, residential and development finance for customers in the region.
David has spent 35 years at NatWest/RBS in various roles including credit manager in Manchester and Leeds, as well as a relationship director on the real estate finance team.
