Scott joins the P2P lender after spending 11 years at Santander as a business development director.
He will be responsible for dealing with finance requests from SMEs, property professionals and entrepreneurs, providing borrowing facilities that meet the requirements of potential clients in the South East.
Prior to his time at Santander, he spent 20 years with Barclays Bank serving in a number of corporate and commercial roles.
Meanwhile, David – who has previously served at Bank of Scotland and Metro Bank – will be based in Southampton where he will support customers in the region.

Fraser will assist Assetz Capital’s UK north region network, which covers the Scotland, Northern Ireland and North East of England regions.

In his new role, Fraser will be responsible for the approval, processing and completion of loans, and will act as the key point of contact to brokers, valuers, solicitors and borrowers.
Fraser previously worked for Lloyds Banking Group as an associate director within the client asset management division.
