 Finally, something positive to shout about. With very little good news currently being reported about the financial or mortgage markets, some sectors are ploughing along comfortably, offering new business opportunities for intermediaries and property investors alike.


Property investors are beginning to see the glass half full rather than half empty like many others at the moment, due to the prospect of rates coming down and growing interest in the ‘new build’ and ‘distressed sellers’ markets. This should positively impact on your business.


For intermediaries the bridging and secured loans sectors are also thriving, forcing brokers to diversify their business models as there is plenty of homeowner interest within these arenas.


Let’s remember there are positives, even if they are hard to find. There is business to be done but changes in business models need to be adapted to the current market.
