Mint Bridging relocates to support growth plans

Mint Bridging has moved to new offices as it looks to support its growth plans following a record quarter.

The bridging lender has taken a 5,400 sq ft office suite in the newly refurbished Atlantic Street Business Park in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.

The move comes as Mint looks to accommodate the continued growth of the business, as well as create a more flexible and accessible venue for meetings and events.

Since the start of 2018, Mint has made a number of key appointments, including Peter Howarth as credit manager and Roxann Robinson as an underwriter within its team.

Mint currently has a team of 30 people with six mandated underwriters, Sinead Moynihan leading the sales team and Richard Showman managing the underwriting department.

“We have been looking to move for a while, this opportunity came up and we were delighted to find such a great working space,” said Andrew Lazare, managing director at Mint Bridging.

“Our underwriting and sales teams are growing rapidly, and all our staff needed room to breathe.

“This move is an exciting milestone in the development of Mint.

“Having just celebrated a record quarter, it comes at exactly the right time.”
