The new hires will look to continue Glenhawk’s growth after it announced earlier this year that it had built up a £30m loan pipeline, just 10 weeks after launching.
Guy Harrington, founder of Glenhawk (pictured above), said that one thing he had learnt from its non-executive director Harry Hill was that people with a passion for what they do would deliver.
“We have spent a number of months researching and acquiring the right people both experientially, but more importantly who genuinely understand property finance and the need for speed, transparency and professionalism, which will translate to our clients.”
Harry added: “Fresh eyes and a fresh approach can offer something different in a staid sector that hasn’t changed for decades.
“With this highly experienced team now in place, I am very confident Glenhawk is and will continue to set new trends in the industry.”
