Nicola Evans (pictured above, right) joined HHF as a business analyst in May last year and has now become the head of sales support.

She shares the role with her former colleague at GE Capital, Jane Brown (left), who has worked in asset finance and sales aid leasing for nearly three decades.

Nicola – who has 12 years of experience working in the finance sector – said that their ultimate aim was to “continue to make things flow smoothly for customers”.

Jane added: “We have been reviewing how our teams are structured to support clients and ensure our customer service runs as efficiently as possible.

“We are also in touch with our customers for feedback to ensure we address anything they feel could be improved or simplified.”
