Coyote appoints new head of sales

Coyote, the real estate software company, has announced it has hired Oliver Durham-Winch (pictured above) as its new head of sales.

Oliver has nearly 20 years of experience of advising companies in the commercial real estate sector with regards to using technology, having previously worked at ARGUS Software and the Salesforce ecosystem.

“I am thrilled to be joining Coyote at such an exciting time in the company’s evolution, at the forefront of the transformation of the property industry driven by the rise of technology,” said Oliver.

“I am joining a team of very talented people, and a business that is providing a truly unique proposition to the way data is managed, analysed and reported.”

The real estate software company has also added five more employees to its team:

  • Fred Attrill as head of marketing
  • Rhys Ackery as consulting manager
  • Paige Butler as support and training analyst
  • Sowmya Golyala as QA engineer
  • Akos Radler as .Net engineer

These new hires come as Coyote aims to serve its expanding customer base, which includes acquisition teams, asset managers and property managers.

The cloud-based platform – which provides a central hub for managing market and asset data – launched commercially last year.

Oli Farago, CEO at Coyote, said: “The response from the market since the launch of Coyote less than a year ago has been phenomenal.

“[The] key to our successful growth is building the right team.

“A team [which] understands and talks the language of real estate and technology and its convergence.

“Bringing Oliver on board, with his wealth of experience and contacts, is a real coup for our business and statement of intent of our future growth.”
