The lender – which launched earlier this year – said its mixed-use product would include permitted development projects, licensed HMOs and student accommodation.
The announcement comes after it spoke to a number of brokers over the summer about introducing a mixed-use/semi-commercial product.

“Following our auction product release in June, this mixed-use and commercial product is another step towards a fully comprehensive offering,” said Colin Sanders, CEO at Tuscan Capital (pictured above).
“We expect to be making further enhancements to our product range imminently.”
