Hope Capital continues expansion with three new hires

Hope Capital has announced the appointment of three new members of staff as it continues with its expansion.

The specialist bridging lender has appointed Georgina Roscoe as PA to Jonathan Sealey, CEO at Hope Capital (pictured above), Joanne McGillicuddy as underwriting assistant, while Yvonne Dunn joins as admin assistant.

Since June 2016, Hope Capital has doubled its workforce to 14 staff, with five new appointments this year alone.

The recent appointments of Georgina, Joanne and Yvonne mean that over 70% of the staff at Hope Capital are female.

Georgina is a seasoned executive assistant with more than 20 years of experience and has previously held roles at international law firms in the City of London, including Cooley LLP and Bircham Dyson Bell.

At Hope Capital, Georgina’s main responsibilities will be to support Jonathan in his activity to achieve the goals of the business.

“Hope is a fantastic company with a great track record, and I am looking forward to supporting Jonathan as he strives to take the business even further,” said Georgina.

“We have had a very successful year so far, with a 30% increase on our loan book in the first three months of 2018,” said Jonathan.

“To continue to grow, we need to bring people who can help us achieve our targets.

“Georgina, Joanne and Yvonne will play key roles in that growth, and we are delighted to welcome them all to the team.

"We will be moving to a new and bigger office in the next month and will then be looking to take on more people in all areas of the business to help us achieve our ambitious expansion plans.”
