Midlands Asset Finance makes five new hires

Midlands Asset Finance has expanded its team with the appointment of five new employees.

The financial services broker’s new hires are all under the age of 23.

Sam Greasley, Harry Krikken, Charlie Hubble, Ryan Walker and Liam Delaney were all hired this month as the broker continues its talent development scheme to help boost its national coverage.

Harry, Charlie and Liam have joined as trainee relationship managers, while Ryan has been added to the marketing team.

The youngest hire, Sam, 18, is completing an apprenticeship in business administration as he carries out his role as a sales co-ordinator.

“I’m delighted that we have been able to recruit such a bright group of young people in the business and to use our skills across the team to train, coach and develop them,” said Sue Chapman, director at Midlands Asset Finance.

“Talent development is an exciting part of our business and in a fast-moving tech world with new trends emerging, our younger team can upskill us, too.”

The new starters bring the broker’s total headcount to 27, meaning the business has more than doubled in size in the last 24 months.

Dave Chapman, director of business development at Midlands Asset Finance, added: “We want to put more people on the ground to ensure that companies – no matter what size – are looked after by people who take time to get to know their business.

“This group of youngsters is just part of our ongoing process of talent development as we continue to grow.”
