The bridging loan was needed to purchase a Kensington property out of receivership for a wealthy international investor.
The commercial finance advisory firm expanded from its North East base into Leeds in early 2018.

James Gwynne, who is based at Commercial Expert’s Leeds office and introduced the deal, said that in the process of assisting the client in the refinancing of one of their properties, approval was gained within four working hours of instruction.
“Despite many complications, we were in a position to draw funds less than three weeks later – and were heartily congratulated for doing so.”
The loan was provided with a term of six months and an interest rate of 1.5% per month.
