She joins MFS from London Credit and prior to that worked as a mortgage broker in the Midlands and wealth manager in Dubai.
Saira’s appointment comes after the bridging lender recruited two new members to its sales team late in 2018.
MFS is expanding its business development team in line with a broader strategy to increase its reach in the bridging market.
