A Surrey-based specialist lender for leasehold retail business, has announced the launch of a new product tailored to businesses, along with a seminar to highlight it’s introduction.
First Mechant Finance will officially launch the new bridging product during the seminar, on Thursday March 24th, where speakers will educate attendees on the uses and implementation of the product.
This new finance product, 'business bridging' will be available for almost any type of leasehold business and up to 100 per cent of the purchase price may be borrowed. The company predict that it will ‘take the leasehold business finance marketplace by storm’.
A spokesperson at First Merchant Finance, said: "We know that many clients want to buy a leasehold business, but cannot sell or remortgage their house, so we have developed a unique finance product called 'business bridging' tailored to accommodate this vast market."
Along with introducing the product,the seminar will brief brokers and other professional intermediaries about the commercial opportunities in the vast retail sector. The function aims to provide informative, practical advice and is expected to encourage Introducers to enter the retail sector.
Richard Hamlin, Direct at First Merchant finance, added: "The seminar aims to encourage introducers to enter this constantly buoyant, very lucrative, yet unexploited sector and give practical advice on how to succeed within the sector."
