In the last 12 months, MAF has expanded from a team of 20 to 28.
Speaking to Bridging & Commercial, Dave Chapman, director at MAF (pictured above), said that the company was still in “growth mode”.
MAF recently appointed David Cowe as its new director of vendor sales as part of these plans.
Now, the brokerage is set to recruit more junior people via its young talent development programme.

“…We've got three graduates [progressing] at the moment.
“So, to balance that further, bringing in senior people with contacts, makes a lot of sense.”
MAF recently launched a property finance division, which Dave expects will add people in both Manchester and Birmingham in the next 12 months.
He explains that it was seeing a lot of construction happening in these two cities.
“We're doing deals in those areas, so I think we're closely looking [at] perhaps [putting] people on the ground there in due course.”
He added that the brokerage would also consider appointing someone in London.
