Short-term asset finance seminar announced

.

On Wednesday 30th March 2011 borro, the short-term asset finance company, will be holding an insightful function at the Mayfair Holiday Inn.

The purpose of the seminar is to educate a limited number of attendees on how short-term asset finance can assist bridging specialists and maximise their income. As well as providing valuable information, the two hour seminar also counts towards Continued Professional Development (CPD) requirements.

borro allows IFA’s, wealth managers, mortgage brokers, accountants, and solicitors, to offer short term loans of up to £1,000,000 secured against personal assets of value. Its lending is fast and completely non status. Rates are from 2.49 per cent per month with commission’s payable up to 7.5% of the loan value.

Paul Brett, the Business Development Director of borro, said: “We are delighted to host the first of many seminars, explaining our innovative lending product and how it marries with traditional finance, enabling the intermediary to complete more deals.”

The seminar will provide functional information on the alternative lending option, the borrowing process as well as the commission structure.

The two hour session will also cover what borro can offer, including a new type of asset class, bridging top up funding, non-status loan solutions and how experts value borro’s assets.

There are a limited number of places for the seminar, so anyone who intends to attend should register for a place as soon as possible. Call 0800 014 8618 for further details or visit
