Located in Victoria Square, it will serve brokers in the city, the surrounding West Midlands area and neighbouring counties, including Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.
Initially, the staff for the new hub will be employees from the existing Tuscan team.
However, the bridging lender will be looking to recruit new staff members.

Earlier this year, Tuscan Capital secured its third funding line from a UK-based provider.
The forward flow-funding agreement is set to broaden its broker-facing product range.
Last year, the company joined the Financial Intermediary & Broker Association’s lending panel.
Tuscan Capital was launched in 2018 and specialises in non-regulated bridging finance to the residential, mixed-use, semi-commercial and commercial real estate sectors.
It was named Best Bridging Newcomer — Lender at the Bridging & Commercial Awards 2019.
