Anurag has worked with the specialist lender in an advisory capacity for several years, while also leading the loan advisory team at commercial real estate services company CBRE Capital Advisors.
During his time at CBRE — where he was head of the debt valuation and underwriting team — Anurag accumulated extensive experience of pricing debt portfolios in addition to executing several notable debt sale transactions across Europe.

Anurag brings more than 14 years of financial services experience to LendInvest and previously held structured finance positions at Barclays, Deloitte and PwC.
He will be responsible for managing the multiple portfolios of assets for investors and will sit on LendInvest’s credit committee.
