He brings more than 30 years of experience of leading teams within financial services, as well as first-hand experience in assisting and supporting SMEs.
He joins from Ultimate Finace Group, where he was chief operating officer, prior to which he spent 20 years at RBS.
Steve was also previously risk director for business finance at Aldermore.

In his new role, Steve will be leading the company’s expanding North West team, helping to raise awareness among introducers and SMEs within the region.
