The remote auction will allow buyers, sellers and SDL Auctions staff to maintain social distancing.
Properties for sale are in areas including Derbyshire, Salford and Birmingham, spanning converted hunting lodges to luxury apartments.
The majority of the residential lots are vacant, while a few are already let to tenents.
The auction will take place on Thursday 30th April and will be conducted by Andrew Parker, managing director and auctioneer at SDL Auctions (pictured above).

Three auctions held behind closed doors by SDL Auctions in March were watched by 1,850 people and the auctions raised £7.1m, with lots selling for an average of 15% above their guide prices.
The new monthly national auctions will replace the regional auctions that had been planned.
Andrew said: “We are delighted to be able to help the owners of these properties achieve a fast, transparent transaction.
“Contracts will be exchanged the moment the hammer falls, allowing us to provide a level of certainty in uncertain times.”
