Anya was most recently an intermediary sales executive at Oblix capital.
In her new role, she will be the first port of call to assist brokers and borrowers with their bridging and development enquiries.
Menakha joins from Octopus Real Estate, where she worked for over four years.
She will now be helping brokers with their applications and ensuring loans progress swiftly.

“The circumstances are certainly unusual, but I feel confident in joining a new company and we are in a very fortunate position to still be able to carry on providing a service for our customers,” commented Menakha.
“We are in a time when we have many other options for face-to-face interactions, although it will be great when we are all back in the office together.”
