The packager recognised the short-term property finance lender’s commitment to the market throughout the pandemic, helping brokers meet the changing needs of their clients.

Its first deal with the packager completed within just two weeks of its appointment, providing a £300,000 capital raising loan against an unencumbered residential investment property for an experienced property landlord.
