He will be managing the Gerald Eve Corporate Finance (a JV with Peritus) relationship through Gerald Eve’s offices in Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow, as well as managing new client relationships.
Gordon — who is a qualified banker and has over 34 years of experience in corporate finance and real estate lending — joins the brokerage from Santander Corporate, where he has covered both Liverpool and Chester since 2012.

In real estate, Gordon has significant experience in funding development schemes, including offices, retail units, residential apartment blocks and industrial asset classes.
Many developments funded by him are evident in the north west of England.
The investment assets funded by Gordon include offices, hotels, industrial units, retail schemes and residential.
Over time, this has included a number of fund management platforms.
