Sillence Hurn appoints new consultant surveyor

Nick Pavlou has joined Sillence Hurn Building Consultancy as a consultant surveyor.

Nick joins the Southampton-based building consultancy with over 15 years of experience in building surveying, with a particular passion for dilapidations matters, commercial building surveys, defect diagnosis, and contract administration.

He studied at Kingston University where he graduated with a BSc (Hons) building surveying degree and is also a qualified chartered building surveyor (MRICS). 

After working in several surveying practices throughout London and the South of England, his most recent role was director, head of building surveying at Primmer Olds B.A.S. 

“It is vital to me to continue my career in firms that have high standards of delivery and customer focus,” said Nick.

“Not only do Sillence Hurn meet this criteria, but they deliver innovation which differs from other practices and I knew I wanted to be part of that team.”

Alex Hurn, co-founding director of Sillence Hurn, added: “[Nick] brings a wealth of experience to the team from his background in several highly regarded multi-disciplinary surveying practices.”
