Nick joins the Southampton-based building consultancy with over 15 years of experience in building surveying, with a particular passion for dilapidations matters, commercial building surveys, defect diagnosis, and contract administration.

He studied at Kingston University where he graduated with a BSc (Hons) building surveying degree and is also a qualified chartered building surveyor (MRICS).
After working in several surveying practices throughout London and the South of England, his most recent role was director, head of building surveying at Primmer Olds B.A.S.
