Bridging lender bolsters team


A Manchester-based bridging lender has appointed a new divisional sales manager to its team.

Lorenzo Satchell has joined the Blemain Group, bringing with him a prosperous range of experience from within the financial services industry.

Nicholas Jones of Blemain Group, who is national sales manager at Blemain, said: “We are committed to developing strong relationships with our brokers. We have responded to a growing demand from brokers in the South who wish to develop the product offering for their clients.
“Lorenzo brings a wealth of experience to the team that will aid our increasing intermediaries’ network and provide a useful resource for brokers to further develop their business offering.”

Mr Satchell’s work as the divisional sales manager will be concentrated in the South of England and Wales, and it’s hoped he will develop the growing demand for Blemain Group products from brokers in this region.

He joins Blemain Group with 20 years’ experience within the financial services industry. A highly motivated professional, Mr Satchell has succeeded in a range of sales, national account management and business development roles.
In his new role, it is hoped that he will provide key support to intermediaries in the South of England and Wales, forging strong business relationships to ensure Blemain Group continues to complement each individual broker with its comprehensive product portfolio of residential and commercial short term funding.
Mr Satchell said: “Blemain Group is a long established lender with a strong reputation in the market place. The lending companies within the Group can make speedy decisions to help brokers with a range of funding requirements.
“I look forward to building on the company’s success with a focus on the Southern region.”
