Catalyst expands bridging team with new hires

Catalyst Property Finance has welcomed three additions to its new business and credit teams.

Andrew Keehner (pictured above, right) has been appointed as the lender’s new client relationship manager.

Prior to this, Andrew held various roles at Cynergy Bank, Oblix Capital, and UTB.

In the credit team, Fiona Collins (pictured above, left) has been appointed as a credit analyst, who previously worked in Catalyst’s new business team.

Corey Wong has also been appointed as a credit analyst.

He joins the specialist lender after working at Nationwide for five years as a mortgage underwriter.

Chris Fairfax, CEO at Catalyst Property Finance, said: “To ensure we continue to deliver brilliant customer service, we needed to move quickly and hire talent that could hit the ground running.

“Both Andy and Corey bring great skills and experience that will further bolster our teams.

“Fiona has worked with our new business team for over a year and we have been blown away by her organisation skills.

"She will continue to support our intermediary contacts and their clients further along in their lending journey.”

Chris added that Catalyst has a number of “exciting initiatives” launching in 2021, and that the lender needs a “strong team of great people”.

Andrew commented: “I joined Catalyst as I have worked with Chris before, and I know he understands what brokers need from a lender.

"Speaking to brokers, it is clear Catalyst has already built a fantastic reputation.

"It is driven to build on this and grow, constantly adapting to changes in the market.

Fiona said: “Although I am sad to say goodbye to the new business team, I am ready for this next challenge.”
