Ian Ford (pictured above) joins the company as an investment manager, and will be responsible for enhancing the capability and capacity of the team to manage additional loans.
Before joining Blackfinch, Ian worked as a relationship manager at Cynergy Bank.
He has also held roles at Bank of Ireland, BDO, HSBC, and KPMG.
Anjella Saglania has been appointed as an assistant fund accountant to support the finance function.
Prior to this, she worked as a finance assistant for TSB Bank.
She also holds a degree in accounting and finance from the University of Wolverhampton, and is part-way through studying to become a chartered accountant.

In addition to the new hires, the company has promoted John Hartigan to senior investment manager, and Nicola Mayes to investment manager.
Katie Thomson has also been promoted to fund accountant, who will be responsible for managing finances and delivering crucial management information, as well as helping to implement new processes.
