Aspen cuts rates and introduces rapid desktop valuation product

Aspen Bridging has revamped its 2021 offering by reducing its stepped and flat rates to 0.44% and 0.74% respectively, as well as launching a new rapid desktop valuation bridging product.

The new rates, which are down from 0.49% and 0.84%, are immediately available across all products up to a maximum loan size of £5m net and 75% LTV on terms between six and 18 months.

The specialist lender claimed that the rapid desktop valuation bridging offering can result in cases being completed in as little as two working days and guaranteed within 10.

The quotes will include a specialist borrower solicitor service integrated with the lender’s own legal firm to maximise speed, while offering independent advice.

However, borrowers can still opt to use their own representation.

The product provides up to 65% LTV at initial quote stage, which can potentially increase thereafter.

Applications are open to UK and overseas borrowers, either individuals or corporates, for properties across England and Wales.

“We always strive to be competitive and creative, which is why the new rates and the introduction of the rapid desktop valuation [product] and the recently launched light development bridging loan, puts us in a fantastic position to break all of our lending records in 2021,” said Jack Coombs, director at Aspen Bridging (pictured above).

Aspen has also revealed a new broker-focused website, which features interactive application portals designed to simplify and accelerate the applications process.
