Mint Bridging has appointed Spector Constant & Williams to its panel of solicitors.

The company will assist Mint Bridging in managing the increased volume of new business deals the specialist lender is currently experiencing.

The company is one of the finance provider’s five approved new business partners.

Andrew Lazare, founder and managing director at Mint Bridging (pictured above), said: “Spector Constant & Williams has extensive experience acting for lenders in both the residential and commercial property sectors, including high-value and complex bridging and development finance transactions.

“The team has a strong reputation acting for a number of banks, lenders and financial institutions and we’re delighted to add the business to our network of approved partners, all specialists in their field and with whom we’re delighted to work.”

George Constant, partner at Spector Constant & Williams, added: “[Mint Bridging’s] people-first approach to business, coupled with its commitment to introducing innovative products that meet both the partner and borrower’s needs, makes them an ideal partner for Spector Constant & Williams.”

In the latest issue of the Bridging & Commercial Magazine, Mint Bridging announced an ambitious three-year commercial strategy with aims to grow its loan book to over £250m, and is set to add longer-term loans and regulated mortgages to its offering.
