LendInvest reveals its strategic partners for 2021

LendInvest has selected its strategic partners for 2021 with 35 leading broker firms joining the programme.

The new partners include Watts Commercial Finance, The Buy to Let Broker, Dynamo for Intermediaries and Charleston Financial Services.

The programme recognises key broker firms that submit a high level of consistent business to LendInvest and is said to provide a range of benefits.

Firms that are awarded strategic partner status can access staff to service their cases, regular review meetings and bespoke training, and preview new, exclusive products and criteria changes ahead of full launch.

The lender’s strategic partners are also invited to focus groups, events, webinars, and meetings with key business stakeholders and its founders.

Sophie Mitchell-Charman, sales director at LendInvest (pictured above), said: “…It’s great to be able to kick the year off by rewarding our partners that continue to choose LendInvest to get their deals done.

“It looks to be a big year for the business, so we’re glad to have like-minded brokers on board that share our ambition to make property finance simple for our borrowers.”

Phil Gray, managing director at Watts Commercial Finance, commented: “The team and I at Watts Commercial are honoured to have been chosen to work as a strategic partner with LendInvest.

“We pride ourselves on working with lenders that offer outstanding products and customer service, putting the customer at the heart of everything they do, which perfectly matches the ethos of our firm."

Matt Hardman, director at The Buy to Let Broker, added: “We’re flattered to have been invited to be one of LendInvest’s strategic partners for 2021; we already enjoy a great relationship with them, but this is the next stage in the two brands' cohesion.

“Collaboration is key to any successful relationship and we’re proud to work with their high-quality dedicated underwriters, have access to their highly competitive semi-exclusive products, have advanced access to product launches and to have their ear when it comes to future products and proposition.”
