Specialist debt adviser Sirius Property Finance was launched by The Brightstar Financial Group in 2016.
Nick, who has spearheaded Sirius Property Finance’s growth, will continue his role there.
In March 2020, Sirius Property Finance moved from being a wholly owned subsidiary of Brightstar to a majority owned business as part of the Brightstar Group, following an investment by Nick.
The brokerage has offices in the City of London and Manchester.

The Brightstar Financial Group, which includes Brightstar Financial and Sirius Property Finance, entered the market in 2011 and has won more than 100 national awards.
In October 2020, Sirius Property Finance announced its international expansion with plans to open an office in New Zealand this year.
Yesterday (8th March), the brokerage strengthened its hospitality and care home team with new hire, Emma Vanson.
