The business will now instruct Blacks, alongside four existing panel firms, on legal matters relating to BTL finance.
Blacks specialise in providing legal advice to the owners, landlords, lenders and tenants of commercial and residential properties.

Lauren Eaton, head of lending operations at LendInvest (pictured above), said: “This new solicitor appointment comes at a time of high growth for our BTL business, and we’re excited to be bringing on a team with such extensive experience on board.

LendInvest recently refreshed its BTL offering, including cutting the rates on standard BTL, small HMO and MUFB and adding a new 75% LTV product for large HMOs.
The lender also introduced Jumio’s biometric-based technology to its digital system to further streamline the application process for BTL.
