Fisher German announces 21 promotions

Fisher German has made 21 promotions across its business as part of its ongoing growth.

Yan Gittins (pictured above), who has been contributing towards leading national property consultancy’s West Midlands region for the past 10 years, has progressed to a B partner.

Based at the firm’s Worcester office, Yan specialises in rural estate management, which he has done for 25 years across the county.

In addition, Matthew Hodgetts and Matthew Trewartha have both been invited to join the equity partnership as C partners.

Based in Worcester, Hodgetts is involved in the firm’s delivery of infrastructure schemes on behalf of acquiring authorities in the Midlands and South West and has experience providing advice on land rights and compensation.

Trewartha, who is located at the Ashby office, manages several national property portfolios and recently led the opening of the firm’s new Exeter office.

The announcement comes as the business formally merges with Birmingham-based Vine Property Management, which manages 51 million sq ft of retail, industrial and office assets, following a deal in 2020.

Tim Shuldham, senior partner at Fisher German, said: “I would like to congratulate all of those who have been promoted and thank everyone across the business who has helped us progress during what has been an incredibly challenging time for the sector.

“It is a tribute to the quality and hard work of all our colleagues, the strength of our client base and the robust foundations of our business that we are able to make this announcement.

“Not only have we made 21 promotions across a variety of disciplines, we have also recruited 28 graduates into the firm, with more positions to fill.

“During the last year, Fisher German has maintained a seamless and quality service to our clients which we will continue to deliver going forward as we grow and strengthen the business further.”
