In April, the privately funded lender exceeded figures revealed in March, with an increase in revenues of over 10%.

The appointments across four business areas aim to further strengthen the team, and include Marc Williams (pictured above) — former development finance underwriter at Together — who has joined Mint’s team of underwriters, bringing with him over 10 years of experience.

Stephen Cunningham — who previously worked at Kaplan UK — has been appointed as a marketing manager.

In his new role, he will be responsible of further developing Mint’s sales and marketing strategy as the business prepares to launch a suite of new products.

Andy Dunn has been brought on as a development underwriter support, having previously worked at Ultimate Finance, where he was an assistant portfolio manager.

In addition, Lee Green has been appointed as a portfolio manager.

In his new role, he will use his knowledge of evaluating market trends and the specialist lending industry to continue Mint’s company growth.

The new hires follow the appointment of business development manager Wayne Lee, who rejoined Mint last month, having first worked with the business in 2015.
