Shawbrook airs podcast episode on how PDR and bridging might change the face of the high street

Shawbrook Bank has launched a new episode in their podcast series ‘A Conversation with Shawbrook’, hosted by the lender’s head of sales, Gavin Seaholme (pictured above).

Gavin, together with Stephen Todd, chief commercial officer and co-founder of VAS; and Jo Breeden, managing director at Crystal Specialist Finance, discussed how PDR and bridging finance could change the face of the high street.

The episode also touched on the prospect of how bridging can be used to help landlords improve their EPC ratings in the future.

The episode can be listened to and downloaded on Shawbrook Bank’s website.

“We’ve had great feedback on previous episodes of our podcast series, so we’re delighted to have launched the next episode and to be joined by such fantastic guests,” said Gavin.

“Our aim is to give our audience insight into a wide range of very relevant topics, with input from key guests who will join us for some healthy debate.”

Shawbrook’s podcast series speaks to key members of the broker community to analyse the challenges the industry currently faces, opportunities in the market, and future growth areas.

As well as featuring a range of different guests, the podcast explores topics ranging from stamp duty, BTL and second-charge mortgages.
