LendInvest has attracted strong support for its IPO and, based on the offer price of 186 pence, its market capitalisation on admission will be approximately £255.6m.
The IPO will raise proceeds of £40m, which the business will use to invest in its growth, through accelerating its technology roadmap and expanding strategically into new property finance product areas.
As a result, it hopes to attract new investors, brokers and borrowers to its platform.
"Listing in London today is the next landmark in our growth journey,” said Rod Lockhart, chief executive at LendInvest.
“I’d like to thank each and every member of the team at LendInvest who made this incredible achievement possible.

“We’re delighted to welcome a great group of investors today, and we look forward to delivering for them on the next stage of our journey.
“We set out to make property finance simple, and today’s IPO is an important milestone in our journey towards achieving that goal.”
Over the past 13 years, LendInvest has developed proprietary technology and digital solutions that have allowed it to capture market share from lending incumbents and attract significant third-party capital to its asset management platform.
The company provides investors from around the world with exposure to attractive UK property finance assets without requiring them to establish direct lending operations or borrower services — a proposition which has enabled it to grow its funds under management to £2.8bn as of 21st June 2021.
