Both mortgages are available at 75% LTV, with 2.75% for two-year fixed terms and 3.10% for five-year fixes.
They are available for both purchase and remortgage for portfolio landlords who have four or more mortgaged BTL properties in their own name or through a limited company and come with free valuations and £750 cashback.
Product fees are set at 1% for the two-year finance and 2% over the five-year term, while APRC is charged at 4.10% on both products.
