Richard has extensive experience in corporate and consumer finance in both the UK and Asian-Pacific region.

Throughout his career, he held numerous senior roles at various companies, including Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank (CYBG), National Australia Bank, Rapid Securities and, most recently, Panthera Finance.

His appointment follows a period of significant growth for Ampla Finance, having already announced plans to expand its estate finance into Scotland.
