Catalyst expands team

Catalyst Property Finance has appointed Emma Jordan (pictured above) as a servicing administrator and David Salomon as a relationship manager.

In their new roles, Emma will report to servicing manager Amy Rickman and help customers during the repayment of their loans, while David, who will work with James Farge, head of new business at Catalyst, will support borrower loan enquiries from initial application through to completion.

Prior to this, Emma worked at Nationwide Building Society as a collections specialist.

Meanwhile, David, who has over 10 years of experience working in real estate, joins Catalyst from Connells.

Commenting on her appointment, Emma said: “Catalyst have a fabulous team to work with and everyone has made me feel very welcome.

“It’s great to be part of such a growing and successful business.

“I look forward to supporting Amy further in the servicing aspect of the company and I'm very excited for the future!”

David added: “After working for a large corporate estate agency for more than decade, I was looking for a career change that was really going to challenge me while staying in the property industry.

“I reconnected with James, as we used to work together, and was immediately blown away by his passion and pride at what was being achieved at Catalyst.

“This, coupled with the fact that I would be working with a small tight knit team, made the decision to join an easy one for me.

“I’m really excited to have joined at time where the business is growing and I’m looking forward to seeing where my new career at Catalyst takes me!”

Anna Bennett, marketing director at Catalyst Property Finance, commented: “The past twelve months have been incredibly busy for Catalyst.

“In between lockdowns, we relocated the team to fantastic new offices in Bournemouth and successfully doubled our headcount.

“We believe that our business is built on the quality of our team, which is why we are thrilled to appoint Emma and David, such high-quality and enthusiastic candidates.”
