The additional capital will cover the majority of the lender’s product range and support new products.
Funding is available immediately for borrowers who meet the minimum requirements of residential and mixed-use bridging loans, as well as light and heavy refurbishment projects.
TAB has been working with Stuart Mogg, associate partner of corporate finance at EY, and his team to source the funding line, which was selected from multiple offers.
